            Cornwall, ON – A 43-year-old Nation East man was arrested on February 18th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant for breaching his undertaking as well as criminal harassment. It is alleged in October 2020 the man communicated with his ex-common-law wife despite his conditions and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation a warrant was obtained for his arrest. On February 18th, 2021 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on May 4th, 2021. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.   


            Cornwall, ON – Jesse Hickey, 27 of Cornwall was arrested on February 18th, 2021 and charged with mischief X3 and assault police. It is alleged while investigating an unrelated matter on February 18th, 2021 the man caused mischief to a ceiling fan and a security camera at his apartment building. He was taken into custody and transported to police headquarters. Once at police headquarters the man struck an officer, damaged his glasses and damaged a cell door. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
