BREACH 

            Cornwall, ON – Scott Kenny, 32 of Cornwall was arrested on February 4th, 2021 and charged with breach of a Conditional Sentence Order for not abiding by curfew and failing to keep the peace. He was also charged with breach of a probation order for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on December 31st, 2020 the man left his place of residence despite his conditions and police were contacted to investigate. On February 4th, 2021 the man was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
