WARRANTS, PERSONATION, BREACH 

            Cornwall, ON – Samantha MacIntyre, 31 of Cornwall was arrested on February 4th, 2021 on the strength of warrants and charged with personation as well as breach of a release order for failing to report to police. It is alleged on February 4th, 2021the woman identified herself as someone else during a traffic stop. She was taken into custody and found to be in breach of a release order for failing to sign in. Investigation also revealed she was wanted on multiple warrants. She was transported to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing. 

POSSESSION FOR THE PURPOSE, PROPERTY OBTAINED BY CRIME 

            Cornwall, ON – Brian Harps, 58 of Cornwall was arrested on February 4th, 2021 and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine X2 and possession of property of crime X4 (Canadian currency). As a result of an investigation by the Cornwall Street Crime Unit (SCU) the male was taken into custody on February 4th, 2021, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on April 6th, 2021 

FAIL TO ATTEND 

            Cornwall, ON – Emily Martin, 25 of Cornwall was arrested on February 4th, 2021and charged with failing to attend court. It is alleged the woman failed to attend court on January 28th, 2021 for a theft charge and an investigation ensued. The woman was located on February 4th, 2021, taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on April 6th, 2021.
