BREACH, INDECENT ACT, EXPOSE TO PERSON UNDER AGE 16 

            Cornwall, ON – Jamie Garlow, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on June 8th, 2021 and charged with indecent act X2, Breach of probation X2 for failing to keep the peace and expose to person under the age of 16. It is alleged on two occasions in June 2021 the man was inappropriately touching himself in public and police were contacted to investigate. On June 8th, 2021 the man was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. 

THREATS 

            Cornwall, ON – A 22-year-old Iroquois man was arrested on June 8th, 2021 and charged with threats. It is alleged the man threatened his ex-common-law wife through social media and police were contacted to investigate. On June 8th, 2021 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 1st, 2021. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter. 

FALSE FIRE ALARM 

            Cornwall, ON – Barbara Cleary, 71 was arrested on June 8th, 2021 and charged with pulling a fire alarm X2. It is alleged on May 29th, 2021 the woman pulled a fire alarm in her building on two separate occasions despite there being no emergency/fire. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 8th, 2021 the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. 

MISCHIEF 

            Cornwall, ON – A 65-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on June 8th, 2021 and charged with mischief. It is alleged on June 8th, 2021 the man damaged his neighbour’s fence and police were contacted to investigate. He was taken into custody during the investigation, charged accordingly and released with a court date of August 8th, 2021. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
