FAIL TO COMPLY
Cornwall, ON – A 43-year-old man from Martintown was arrested on Dec. 9, 2025, and charged with fail to comply with probation order. It is alleged on Dec. 7, 2025, the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is also alleged he breached the conditions of a conditional sentence order. As a result of the investigation, reasonable and probable grounds were developed for his arrest. On Dec. 9, 2025, the man attended the Cornwall Police Service to address the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON – A 34-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on Dec. 9, 2025, and charged with the following:
- Domestic assault
- Assault
- Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm
It is alleged on Nov. 23, 2025, the man assaulted his girlfriend. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued.
On Dec. 9, 2025, police responded to an assault complaint, and an investigation ensued. It is alleged on Nov. 29, 2025, the man assaulted an individual known to him and threatened to harm the woman.
As a result of the investigations, reasonable and probable grounds were developed for the man’s arrest. On Dec. 9, 2025, he was located by police. The man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
