FAIL TO COMPLY, OBSTRUCT PEACE OFFICER
Cornwall, ON – A 24-year-old man from Alexandria was arrested on Dec. 8, 2025, and charged with fail to comply with release order and obstruct peace officer. It is alleged in the early morning hours of Dec. 2, 2025, the man was bound by a release order with the relevant condition to remain in his residence between specific hours. On this date, a Cornwall Police Service officer conducted a traffic stop, at which time the man allegedly gave police a false name and date of birth before fleeing the motor vehicle. As a result of the ensuing investigation, police developed reasonable and probable grounds for his arrest. On Dec. 8, 2025, the man was located by police. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – A 35-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on Dec. 8, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on Oct. 23, 2025, the man was scheduled to attend police headquarters for fingerprinting and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest. On Dec. 8, 2025, the man was located at the courthouse. The warrant was executed and he was released to appear in court on Dec. 30, 2025.

Cornwall, ON – A 30-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on Dec. 8, 2025, and charged with fail to comply with release order. It is alleged on Dec. 8, 2025, the man was bound by a release order with the relevant condition to remain on his property at all times. On this date, a CPS officer conducted a traffic stop and an investigation ensued. It is alleged the man breached the condition of his release order. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
