DOMESTIC ASSAULT

Cornwall, ON – A 37-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on Nov. 21, 2025, and charged with assault.

It is alleged that on this date, the man assaulted his girlfriend. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – A 26-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on Nov. 20, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant.

It is alleged that on Aug. 20, 2025, the man was scheduled to attend police headquarters to be fingerprinted and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant was issued for his arrest. On Nov. 20, 2025, he was located, the warrant was executed, and he was held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT, FAIL TO COMPLY, THEFT 

Cornwall, ON – A 58-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on Nov. 20, 2025, and charged with theft under $5,000, failing to comply with an undertaking, and on the strength of an outstanding warrant.

It is alleged that on this date, the man was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so, resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest. It is further alleged that he was bound by an undertaking not to attend a business on Second Street, but went to the location, selected merchandise, and left without attempting to pay. He was detained by the store’s Loss Prevention Officer and turned over to police.

The warrant was executed, he was charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – A 30-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on Nov. 21, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant.

It is alleged that on June 18, 2025, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so, resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest. She was later located during an unrelated occurrence, and the warrant was executed. She was released to appear in court on Dec. 30, 2025.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – A 47-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on Nov. 20, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant.

It is alleged that on Nov. 13, 2025, the man was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. On Nov. 20, 2025, he was located and the warrant was executed. He was released to appear in court on Dec. 30, 2025.
