WARRANTS
Cornwall, ON – A 40-year-old man of Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 21, 2025, and charged with two counts of uttering threats. It is alleged that on July 29, 2025, the man threatened to cause harm to two individuals who weren’t known to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. A warrant was issued for his arrest. On Nov. 21, 2025, the man was located, the warrant was executed, and he was released to appear in court on Dec. 30, 2025.
POSESSION OF DRUGS, WARRANTS
Cornwall, ON – On Nov. 21, 2025, a member of Community Patrol conducted a traffic stop after observing a traffic infraction. It is alleged that during the course of addressing the traffic matter, police observed a substance believed to be controlled, as well as items consistent with its consumption. An investigation ensued, resulting in the discovery of scheduled substances, items consistent with trafficking, and currency. Three individuals were taken into custody.
It is further alleged that while being taken into custody, one of the individuals caused damage to property inside police headquarters. The three individuals were charged as follows:
- A 41-year-old woman from Morrisburg was charged with possession of a scheduled substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime, and failing to comply with probation. It is alleged she was bound by a probation order with the condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. She was released to appear in court on Dec. 30, 2025.
- A 79-year-old man from Morrisburg was charged with one count of possession of a scheduled substance. He was released to appear in court on Dec. 30, 2025.
- A 39-year-old man from Cornwall was charged with possession of a scheduled substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime, and mischief under $5,000. He was held for a bail hearing.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON – A 44-year-old woman from Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 22, 2025, and charged with assault and failing to comply with an undertaking. It is alleged that on Nov. 22, 2025, the woman was bound by an undertaking with a condition to not be within a specific distance of her ex-boyfriend. On this date, it is further alleged she assaulted him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.
SHOPLIFTING, ASSUALT
Cornwall, ON – A 43-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 22, 2025, and charged with theft under $5,000 and assault. It is alleged the man attended a Second Street business, selected merchandise, and left the store without attempting to pay for it. He was taken into custody by the store’s Loss Prevention Officer. While in custody, it is alleged the man spat on an employee. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – A 50-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 23, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on Nov. 4, 2025, the man was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest. On Nov. 23, 2025, the man attended police headquarters to address the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.
FAIL TO COMPLY
Cornwall, ON – A 24-year-old woman from Ottawa was arrested on Nov. 23, 2025, and charged with failing to comply with an undertaking. It is alleged that on Nov. 23, 2025, the woman was bound by an undertaking with a condition to not contact her ex-boyfriend. On this date, it is alleged she contacted him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.

Cornwall, ON – A 36-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 23, 2025, and charged with theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with probation. It is alleged the man was bound by a probation order with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, and that on Nov. 23, 2025, he attended a Second Street business, selected merchandise, and left the store without attempting to pay for it. Cornwall, ON – A 27-year-old woman from Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 23, 2025, and charged with two counts of assault and one count of failing to comply with probation. It is alleged the woman was bound by a probation order with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is further alleged that on Nov. 23, 2025, she bit and struck her boyfriend. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.
