FAIL TO COMPLY, ASSAULT WITH WEAPON, MISCHIEF, UTTERING THREATS
Cornwall, ON – A 21-year-old woman from Cornwall was arrested on April 13, 2026, and charged with the following:
- Fail to comply with probation order
- Assault with a weapon
- Mischief under $5,000
- Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm
On April 13, 2026, members of the Cornwall Police Service responded to a report of an ongoing disturbance at a convenience store on Montreal Road. An investigation ensued.
It is alleged on this date, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is further alleged she damaged the complainant’s property and threw a piece of concrete at the individual. Finally, it is alleged, she threatened to kill the man.
The woman was subsequently located by police. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
