VOYEURISM
Cornwall, ON – A 26-year-old man of Cornwall was arrested on Dec. 20, 2024, and charged with one count of voyeurism. It is alleged on alleged on Dec. 14, 2024, the man took recordings of family members in a circumstance where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Dec. 20, 2024, the man attended police headquarters to address the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on Jan. 28, 2025. His name was not released to protect the identities of the victims in this matter.
ROBBERY
Cornwall, ON – Gilles Bellefeuille, 61, of Cornwall, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2024, and charged with unlawfully in a dwelling and robbery. It is alleged on Dec. 20, 2024, the man attended a residence of an individual known to him and demanded money. When asked to leave, it is alleged the man refused to do so and assaulted the individual known to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Dec. 21, 2024, the man was located, taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on Jan. 28, 2025.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Samantha Derouchie, 31, of Cornwall, was arrested on Dec. 20, 2024, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on Nov. 28, 2024, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A bench warrant was issued. On Dec. 20, 2024, the woman was located during unrelated occurrence and the warrant was executed. She was released to appear in court on Jan. 28, 2024.
SHOPLIFTING, FAIL TO COMPLY
Cornwall, ON – Candice O’Rourke, 34, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2024, and charged with theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with probation. It is alleged on Dec. 22, 2024, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is also alleged on this date, the woman attended a Ninth Street business, selected merchandise and consumed it prior to paying for it. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on Jan. 28, 2024.

There were 142 calls for service in the City of Cornwall over the weekend (8 a.m. Friday to 8 a.m. today). CPS reserves the right to not post all calls for service in order to protect the identity of the victims.
