WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Cybelle Taylor-Rawlings, 30, of Alexandria, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2023, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on Nov. 7, 2023, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for her arrest. On Dec. 28, 2023, the woman was located, the warrant was executed, and she was held for a bail hearing.

DOMESTIC THREATS

Cornwall, ON – A 46-year-old man of Cornwall was arrested on Dec. 29, 2023, and charged with uttering threats. It is alleged that on Dec. 29, 2023, the man threatened to cause harm to his common-law partner. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The man was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released to protect the identity of the victim.
