FAIL TO ATTEND
Cornwall, ON – A 29-year-old man from Alexandria was arrested on Feb. 9, 2026, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on Jan. 15, 2026, the man was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest on the charge of fail to comply with summons – court/fingerprinting. On Feb. 9, 2026, the man was taken into custody by members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and subsequently turned over to the Cornwall Police Service. The warrant was executed and the man was held for a bail hearing.

Cornwall, ON – A 27-year-old woman from Cornwall was arrested on Feb. 9, 2026, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on Jan. 15, 2026, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for her arrest on the charge of fail to attend court – as per undertaking. In the early morning hours of Feb. 10, 2026, the woman was taken into custody by members of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and subsequently turned over to the CPS. The warrant was executed and the woman was released to appear in court on March 24, 2026.
