FAIL TO COMPLY
Cornwall, ON – A 48-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on Feb. 24, 2025, and charged with four counts of fail to comply with undertaking. It is alleged on Feb. 17, 2025, the man was bound by an undertaking with the relevant condition to not communicate with his sister. It is also alleged on this date, the man called his sister. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. Furthermore, it is alleged on Feb. 20, 2025, the man was bound by an undertaking with the relevant conditions to not contact his father or sister and to not be within 100 metres of them. It is alleged on Feb. 20, 2025, the man communicated with his relatives. Finally, it is alleged on this date, the man attended his father’s residence. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Feb. 24, 2025, the man was located by members of the Cornwall Police Service. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
WARRANT, THEFT
Cornwall, ON – Natalia Harhala, 22, of Cornwall, was arrested on Feb. 24, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant and also charged with two counts of theft under $5,000. It is alleged on Sept. 22, 2024, the woman stole a parcel. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. It is also alleged on Oct. 8, 2024, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for her arrest. Furthermore, it is alleged on Dec. 22, 2024, the woman stole a cell phone from an individual known to her. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Feb. 25, 2025, the woman was located by CPS officers who were dealing with a separate matter. She was taken into custody, the warrant was executed and she was charged accordingly. The woman was released to appear in court on April 3, 2025.
WARRANT, FAIL TO COMPLY, OBSTRUCT PEACE OFFICER
Cornwall, ON – Jessica Prunner, 35, of Cornwall, was arrested on Feb. 24, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant and additionally charged with fail to comply with probation order and obstruct peace officer. It is alleged on Dec. 17, 2024, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for her arrest. On Feb. 24, 2025, it is alleged the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. On this date, she was located by a CPS officer who was on general patrol. It is also alleged the woman gave police a false name. She was taken into custody, the warrant was executed and she was charged accordingly. The woman was held for a bail hearing.
