FAIL TO COMPLY

Cornwall, ON – A 58-year-old Randolph, MA, man was arrested on Jan. 6, 2025, and charged with two counts of fail to comply with release order. On Jan. 6, 2025, members of the Cornwall Police Service responded to a domestic dispute bail violation at the Canada Border Services Agency, and an investigation ensued.

It is alleged on this date, the man was bound by a release order with the relevant condition to not be within a 20 metre radius of his wife. It is also alleged on this date, the man was in the presence of his wife.

He was taken into custody, and subsequently turned over to members of the CPS. The man was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

His name was not released to protect the identity of the victim in the matter.
