FAIL TO COMPLY

Cornwall, ON – A 25-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on July 10, 2024, and charged with fail to comply with undertaking. It is alleged on July 10, 2024, the man was bound by an undertaking with the relevant condition to not attend his ex-girlfriend’s residence. On this date, police responded to a domestic bail violation and an investigation ensued. The investigation revealed the man attended his ex-girlfriend’s residence. He was located, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released to protect the identity of the victim.

WARRANT, FAIL TO COMPLY

Cornwall, ON – Christopher Millington, 38, of Cornwall, was arrested on July 10, 2024, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on March 16, 2024, the man was bound by an undertaking with the relevant condition to notify police of any change of address. On March 24, 2024, police responded to a bail violation call and an investigation ensued. The investigation revealed the man had not notified police of a change of address. A warrant was issued for his arrest. On July 10, 2024, the man was located by police. The warrant was executed, he was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Aug. 22, 2024.

IMPAIRED, OVER 80

Cornwall, ON – Shane Nolan, 26, of Akwesasne, was arrested on July 10, 2024, and charged with impaired operation and over 80. On July 10, 2024, police were dispatched to the Canada Border Services Agency in relation to an impaired driver complaint and an investigation ensued. The man was located and the investigation revealed he was allegedly operating his motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Aug. 8, 2024.
