DOMESTIC ASSAULT, MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – A 38-year-old man of Cornwall was arrested on March 10, 2025, and charged with two counts of assault and one count of mischief under $5000. It is alleged between March 3 and March 9, 2025, the man assaulted his girlfriend and damaged her vehicle. It is also alleged on March 9, 2025, the man assaulted his girlfriend. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On March 10, 2025, the man attended police headquarters to address the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on April 17, 2025.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – A 48-year-old man of Regina, Saskatchewan, was arrested on March 11, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on Dec. 29, 2024, the man was bound by a release order to not communicate with his ex-girlfriend and to not be within 150 meters of her residence. On this date, it is alleged the man attended his ex-girlfriend’s residence and communicated with her. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. A warrant was issued for his arrest. On March 11, 2025, the man attended police headquarters to address the matter. The warrant was executed and he was held for a bail hearing.
