FAIL TO ATTEND
Cornwall, ON – A 36-year-old man from Ingleside was arrested on March 10, 2026, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on Jan. 6, 2026, the man was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest on the charge of fail to attend court after having appeared. On March 10, 2026, the man attended the Cornwall Police Service to address the matter. The warrant was executed and he was released to appear in court on April 9, 2026.
FAIL TO ATTEND
Cornwall, ON – A 33-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on March 10, 2026, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on Feb. 10, 2026, the man was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest on the charge of fail to comply with appearance notice – court/fingerprinting. On March 10, 2026, the man attended police headquarters to address the matter. The warrant was executed and he was released to appear in court on April 21, 2026.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON – A 33-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on March 10, 2026, and charged with two counts of domestic assault. On March 10, 2026, CPS officers were dispatched to a disturbance call, and an investigation ensued. It is alleged the man spat on his ex-girlfriend on two separate occasions. He was located by police, taken into custody and charged accordingly. The man was released to appear in court on March 31, 2026.
