ASSAULT, FAIL TO COMPLY

Cornwall, ON – Jonathan Gough, 34, of Cornwall, was arrested on March 22, 2024, and charged with one count of failing to comply with probation and two counts of assault. It is alleged that on March 22, 2023, the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is also alleged that on this date, the man assaulted two individuals. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on May 02, 2024.

SHOPLIFTING, FAIL TO COMPLY

Cornwall, ON – Arminder Singh, 30, of Cornwall, was arrested on March 23, 2024, and charged with two counts of theft under $5,000, and four counts of failing to comply with probation. It is alleged that on Jan. 22, 2024, the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace an be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on this date, the man attended a Ninth Street business, selected merchandise, and left the store without attempting to pay for it. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. Furthermore, it is alleged that on March 07, 2024, the man was bound by three probation orders with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, attended a Ninth Street business, selected merchandise and left the store without attempting to pay for it. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued.  On March 23, 2024, the man was located, taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.

REFUSAL

Cornwall, ON – Wade Vezina, 30, of Cornwall, was arrested on March 24, 2024, and charged with failing to provide a sample of his breath. It is alleged that on March 24, 2024, the man was failed to provide a suitable sample of his breath when being investigated for operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on April 18, 2024.

MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – Krystal Davidson, 23, of Cornwall, was arrested on March 24, 2024, and charged with mischief under $5,000. It is alleged that on March 24, 2024, the woman caused damage to a residence. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on May 02, 2024.

SHOPLIFTING

Cornwall, ON – Dylan Frampton, 25, of Cornwall, was arrested on March 24, 2024, and charged with theft under $5,000. It is alleged that on March 24, 2024, the man attended a Ninth Street business, selected merchandise, and left the store without attempting to pay. He was taken into custody by the store’s Loss Prevention Investigator and police were contacted. He was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 07, 2024.  

DOMESTIC MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – A 34-year-old woman of Cornwall was arrested on March 24, 2024, and charged with mischief under $5,000. It is alleged that on March 24, 2024, the woman damaged multiple items in her residence. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on May 02, 2024. Her name was not released to protect the identity of the victim.
