WARRANT, UTTERING THREATS, CRIMINAL HARASSMENT

Cornwall, ON – A 27-year-old man from Oshawa, ON, was arrested on May 14, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant, and charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm – domestic and criminal harassment – repeatedly follow, repeatedly communicate with, watch and beset, threatening conduct. It is alleged on May 26, 2020, the man threatened to share intimate images of his ex-girlfriend. It is also alleged he harassed the woman by repeatedly communicating with her. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. A warrant was subsequently issued for the man’s arrest. On May 14, 2025, he attended the Cornwall Police Service to address the matter. The warrant was executed, he was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 17, 2025.

MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – A 30-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on May 15, 2025, and charged with mischief under $5,000. It is alleged in the early morning hours of May 15, 2025, the man threw a rock at a vehicle in the CPS parking lot. The man was apprehended by an officer and taken into custody. He was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 17, 2025.
