WARRANT, FAIL TO COMPLY, THEFT
Cornwall, ON – Zachary Plumadore, 23, of Cornwall, was arrested on Nov. 13, 2024, on the strength of an outstanding warrant and charged with fail to comply with probation order and theft under $5,000. It is alleged on Nov. 3, 2024, the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is also alleged on this date, the man stole an item from an individual known to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. A warrant was issued for his arrest. On Nov. 13, 2024, the man attended police headquarters to address the matter. The warrant was executed and he was released to appear in court on Dec. 17, 2024.
ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON – A 26-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on Nov. 13, 2024, and charged with assault. It is alleged on Nov. 13, 2024, the man punched his brother in the face. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The man was located, taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Dec. 17, 2024. His name was not released to protect the identity of the victim in the matter.
WARRANT, SHOPLIFTING
Cornwall, ON – A 17-year-old youth was arrested on Nov. 13, 2024, on the strength of an outstanding warrant and additionally charged with theft under $5,000. It is alleged on Nov. 7, 2024, the youth was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest. It is also alleged on Oct. 21, 2024, the youth attended a Second Street East business, selected merchandise and left the store without making an attempt to pay for the items. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Nov. 13, 2024, the youth attended police headquarters to address the matters. The warrant was executed, he was charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. His name was not released as per the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Cornwall, ON – Jessica Prunner, 35, of Cornwall, was arrested on Nov. 13, 2024, on the strength of outstanding warrants and charged with three counts of fail to comply with probation order and three counts of theft under $5,000. It is alleged:
- On Sept. 11, 2024, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is also alleged on this date, she attended a Ninth Street West business, selected merchandise and left the store without making an attempt to pay for the items. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. A warrant was issued for the woman’s arrest.
- On Sept. 13, 2024, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is also alleged on this date, she attended a Ninth Street West business, selected merchandise and left the store without making an attempt to pay for the items. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. A warrant was issued for the woman’s arrest.
- On Sept. 20, 2024, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is also alleged on this date, she attended a Ninth Street West business, selected merchandise and left the store without making an attempt to pay for the items. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. A warrant was issued for the woman’s arrest.
On Nov. 13, 2024, the woman attended police headquarters for an unrelated matter. The warrants were executed and she was released to appear in court on Dec. 17, 2024.
