MAKING, TRANSMITTING, POSSESSION CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION MATERIAL

Cornwall, ON – A 25-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 4, 2026, and charged with the following:

• Making child sexual abuse and exploitation material
• Distributes (transmits) child sexual abuse and exploitation material
• Possession of child sexual abuse and exploitation material

In July 2026, a detective with the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit initiated an investigation into child sexual abuse and exploitation material. It is alleged on April 11, 2026, the man produced, transmitted and possessed child sexual abuse and exploitation material. As a result of the investigation, reasonable and probable grounds were developed for his arrest. On Nov. 4, 2026, the man was located and taken into police custody. He was charged accordingly and held in custody for a bail hearing.
