DANGEROUS OPERATION, IMPAIRED, OVER 80

Cornwall, ON – Hannah Dupuis, 22, of Cornwall, was arrested on Oct. 2, 2024, and charged with dangerous operation, impaired operation and over 80. On Oct. 2, 2024, police responded to a possible impaired driver complaint and an investigation ensued. The vehicle was then involved in a motor vehicle collision and subsequently located by police. It is alleged on Oct. 2, 2024, the woman operated her vehicle in a dangerous manner and operated her motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. She was located, taken into custody and charged accordingly. The woman was released to appear in court on Oct. 31, 2024.

FAIL TO COMPLY

Cornwall, ON – Shawn Paul-Achille, 25, of Montreal, was arrested on Oct. 2, 2024, and charged with two counts of fail to comply with release order. It is alleged on Oct. 2, 2024, the man was bound by a release order with the relevant condition to reside at a specific address and to not possess a weapon. It is also alleged on this date, the man was bound by a second release order with the relevant conditions to remain in his residence between specific hours, to stay in the province of Quebec, to not possess a weapon and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged on Oct. 2, 2024, the man breached both release orders and was taken into custody by members of the Canada Border Services Agency. He was subsequently turned over to the CPS, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
