FAIL TO ATTEND

Cornwall, ON – Vincent Norris-Pelletier, 20, of Cornwall, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2024, and charged with fail to attend. It is alleged on Sept. 5, 2024, the man was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. An investigation ensued. On Sept. 9, 2024, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Oct. 8, 2024.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Ashley Delle-Palme, 27, of Cornwall, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2024, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on Sept. 3, 2024, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for her arrest. On Sept. 9, 2024, the woman was located by police. The warrant was executed and she was held for a bail hearing.

ASSAULT WITH WEAPON

Cornwall, ON – A 15-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on Sept. 9, 2024, and charged with two counts of assault with a weapon. It is alleged on Sept. 9, 2024, the youth threw objects at his mother. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The youth was located, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as per the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

SHOPLIFTING

Cornwall, ON – A 15-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on Sept. 9, 2024, and charged with theft under $5,000. It is alleged on Sept. 9, 2024, the youth attended a Brookdale Avenue business, selected merchandise and left the store without making an attempt to pay for the items. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The youth was located, taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. Her name was not released as per the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

BREAK AND ENTER

Cornwall, ON – Madyson Dugas, 18, of Cornwall, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2024, and charged with break and enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence. It is alleged on Sept. 9, 2024, the woman broke into a residents and damaged property. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The woman was located, taken into custody and charged accordingly. She was released to appear in court on Oct. 8, 2024.
