DOMESTIC THREATS, HARASSMENT

Cornwall, ON – A 36-year-old female was arrested on September 7th, 2023, and charged with uttering threats and harassment. Between June 1st, 2018, and August 2nd, 2023, it is alleged that the woman uttered threats and engaged in behaviour that made her ex-girlfriend fear for her safety. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On September 7th, 2023, the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released to protect the identity of the victim.

Cornwall, ON – Candice O’Rourke, 33, of Cornwall, was arrested on September 7th, 2023. It is alleged that on September 7th, 2023, the woman attended a Ninth Street business, selected merchandise, and left the store without paying for it. She was taken into custody by the store’s Loss Prevention Officer and police were contacted. She was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on November 2nd, 2023.
